Today was harder for me than it was for Evan! I was a bit rattled to say the least. I couldn't decide if I wanted to leave him or stay. I was late (of course), so we went straight to his class. He walked right in and sat on the mat with his classmates. Maybe I wanted him to cry?!?! I walked around for a bit taking in the scenery. His teacher, Mrs. Smith is fabulous and Evan really warmed up to her fast. At pick up, I got stuck in the car line! I should have videoed myself., driving around aimlessly.....This was "my" first day, too! Kindergarten should be a breeze! It's only a couple doors down. Day I = over! whew!
